The best locations
We have two restaurants located in the beautiful Sun Valley area. If you haven’t visited recently, please stop by our locations in Hailey or Ketchum. Our Boise Wiseguy is located close to Boise State University. A great downtown location at the heart of entertainment venues, sporting events, and the local nightlife.
Personality plus
And just like the uniqueness of Idaho, we pride ourselves in having a menu unlike any other you might find in these here parts. We like to think we thought outside the (pizza) box when it comes to our fabulous Wiseguy Pizza Pies. While the list of ingredients might have you doing a double take, -one taste, and you’ll become a believer. See how combining some unlikely ingredients will resurrect your bored taste buds! Our pies have some serious personality.
Meet the Guys and one Fowl one
What’s not to love?
C’mon, who doesn’t love bacon, kettle potato chips, parmesan, mozzarella, ranch dressing, and some scallions? These flavors make up our White Trash Guy pizza. He’s lovable. Think of him as the uncle that came to babysit and said, -Sure, you can have candy for breakfast.
Margarita Guy is sophisticated and classy. He’s been around since the 19th century. Simple yet satisfying with Roma tomatoes, mozzarella (whole-milk or dairy-free), fresh basil, and garlic. With the flavors and aromas that make your taste buds say, -excuse me, I’ll have what he’s having.
Oh, how we love a pie loaded with sautéed ‘shrooms, and we think you will too! The Fun Guy has loads of personality and is just what the party called for. He’s kinda cheesy, (loads of grated parm and Feta), but his caramelized onions, keep ya coming back for more.
So diverse, and mysterious. Just when you thought you had him figured out, Metro Guy reveals an unexpected side of himself. He starts out fairly predictable with a garlic and olive oil sauce. Adds some Feta and caramelized onions. Then bam! A little spicy marinated chicken and thinly sliced lemon keeps you from getting too comfortable. One bite and you will understand why he’s kinda got it going on.
Some things are just heartbreakingly good. Like crying for more kinda good. The Sad Guy gives you a big gorgonzola cheese and bacon hug, a light kiss of tomato sauce, and sends you on your way after serving up some onions and meatballs. Uh hmmm….. Keep it PG kids. He’s just what you needed and didn’t know it.
Fat on flavor. The Fat Guy is kinda like your favorite larger-than-life, fall-down, in-your-face loud comedian. He’s got a lot going on and you can’t get enough. Salami, pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon. Meat sweats anyone?
The noblest and wisest of them all. The Wise Guy just intuitively knows what makes a great pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, olives, and red onions. End of story. Mic drop. No muss, no fuss, just business as usual.
Your Sunday chicken just crossed the road and took a detour. Dirty Bird might not be one of the guys, but they like to keep good company. Giving ZERO clucks, this bird is grilled by the guys and then initiated with red onions, Roma tomatoes, garlic, and Feta cheese. They really take giving someone the bird to another level.
