Da Pies
The Wise Guy Pizza Pies menu has a healthy amount of options, just don’t take this to be some diet spot! This is the place for pizza pie lovers of all kinds.
We’ve got three locations: Boise, Hailey, and Ketchum. Each menu has a bit of variety in it (the spice of life!), but one thing that doesn’t change is our excellent pizza pies!
On top of all the customization you can do, we’ve got favorites for every and anyone.
Gangsta Pies
If there are rules in pizza, we’ve thrown ’em in a trunk and shoved the car into a ravine.
Seriously. We have fun with our pies.
Starting with the “Metro Guy”, we’ve got some spicy marinated chicken, arugula, thin lemons for a sour, citrusy twist, all with feta, caramelized onions, garlic, and olive oil. Holy cow, this one is unlike anything you’ve had before.
Next, we got the “White Trash Guy”. As the name suggests, this one isn’t for the faint of heart.
It’s a pie with ranch dressing, all the bacon, kettle potato chips (that’s right), and scallions, doused with mozzarella and parmesan.
Finally, we’ve got the “Sad Guy”. Why’s he sad? ‘Cause you’re not gonna have any leftovers once you take a bite of this pie.
The “Sad Guy” has gorgonzola and bacon all on top of meatballs, red onion, and some light tomato sauce.
‘Shrooms and Veggies
Starting with our renowned “Fun Guy”, you’ve got sautéed ‘shrooms, caramelized onions, and a healthy amount of grated parmesan and feta cheese for good measure.
Need a little protein with those ‘shrooms? Not a problem. Slap some pepperoni, sausage, red onions, olives, and more of those tasty ‘shrooms and you’ve got a great pie.
And of course, we got the “Vegetarian”. Roma tomatoes, olives, red onions, green peppers, sizzling garlic, and of course, more ‘shrooms.
We Didn’t Fuggedaboutit
Pizza purist? No problem. The “Margarita Guy” is less focused on pickin’ up ladies at the bar and more focused on pickin’ your jaw up off the floor.
This pie is a classic with Roma tomatoes and the freshest basil on top of whole-milk mozzarella.
And if you’re gluten-free, we do cauliflower crusts and can add as much or as little toppings as you want on there.
Whoever you are, if you’re a pie lover, you’re gonna love what we have to offer you.

Wise Guy pizza is a locally-owned chain here in Idaho. We started off making hand-tossed, New York pies on solid stone, and people liked ’em so much we just had to keep going.

Of course, we don’t just do pies. We’ve got some hot and spicy chicken wings that hit just the right spot of flavor and sizzle. Add onto that some NY-style garlic knots to start off an evening here.

“But Wise Guy Pizza”, you say, “I’m not feeling like pizza tonight”.
We aren’t here to judge. Because how could we when we have such a killer set of calzones and hoagies ready for order?
For those craving a little more crust with their pizza, may we introduce the calzone? This traditional Italian pastry is stuffed with loads of mozzarella and ricotta. Add up to two toppings and a side of marinara, and you’re in heaven.
Next are our hoagies. The Italian is a favorite from back home with ham, salami, and pepperoni, all nestled in a bed of lettuce, tomato, onion, olives, balsamic vinaigrette, and mozzarella cheese.
We’ve also got a prime meatball hoagie that hits the spot right around lunchtime. A fresh hoagie roll slathered in marinara, meatballs, and mozzarella? What more can you ask for, my own heart?
Finally, for those from back east, the Wiseguy Cheesesteak has fast become a local favorite. We start with shaved ribeye, sautéed onion, and layers of provolone. Add on some ‘shrooms, green peppers, and jalapeños for the real deal.
Craft Beer and Brews
We rotate our selections on a regular basis, but you can bet that we’ve got the best microbrews Idaho has to offer.

We can’t forget about those that want a little something before the big meal! Or who want their own meals, as our large salads are LARGE!
The Wise Guy pies menu hosts the traditional House and Caesar salad for you, friends, and family alike.
But we’ve also got a heck of a Cobb salad, as well as a Greek antipasto salad that’s out of this world with romaine, ham, salami, pepperoncini, Kalamata olives, feta (so much feta!), balsamic, artichoke hearts, and tomatoes.
It’ll stuff you just as well as any of our pies will.
